Dinner Date & Meditate is an intimate evening series, pairing meditation with a three course meal created & curated by a local chef. Our inaugural event will be held at Dock Lunch with chef Elizabeth Bryan at the helm.
Prior to dinner, the MOMENT team will lead a 60 minute meditation & mindfulness workshop. Expect a guided meditation, an opportunity to reflect, as well as an opportunity to connect and ask questions.
